As a user since ~2023, for my use case, this app no longer works. As someone who has friends who work in transit, I used to use this app to look for the arrivals of specific fleet numbers of vehicles. Now, it's optional, and often they're missing entirely from lists. I can also only see 3 arrivals as opposed to 5 and can't manually refresh the map; bad for routes with bunching areas. Animations are slow. Support and team are amazing, however, and I'm sure this is not a problem for many users.

Bad app update used to be good. The arrivals of the buses are now completely wrong. It says 15 mins and then the bus arrives. Also when you save the bus stops in favourite, it doesn't save it. When you look for the nearby bus stops, it doesn't show any stops. So overall a let down. Should stick to the old app version as it was very accutate.

I lovED this app, until the most recent update and addition of invasive ads. Now it doesn't function properly. Anytime you try to select an arrive by time it does not search what you enter it defaults to 1:14am for some reason, over and over no matter how many attempts. also randomly scrolls different times without you even touching it. an app that doesn't function isn't going to entice someone to go ad free to at least avoid that, the rest doesn't function properly.
